The team just received a brand new Wrestling Room at the beginning of the 2006-07
Season due to the expansion of other
facilities at Parkview. The new facilities are
second to none! You know your room is great when your alumni still come back
from
West Virginia and VMI and tell you that the Parkview wrestling room is better than
virtually all that they have seen
during their four years of wrestling on the collegiate
level. The new Panther wrestling room is approximately 50' x 100' and is
wall-to-wall
resilite. All walls in the room are padded, and this makes the room even larger during
practice. We have a Wall
of Fame in the room to honor all who have placed in the state
tournament and to recognize the team accomplishments over
the years. We also have a new
trophy shelf to showcase our placements at various tournaments from season to season.
This has truly become the Panthers' new home away from home.
